Electric bicycle and camping trailer reservations are handled in a separate booking system at rezerwacje.strzelecwroclaw.pl. The controller in this system is the same entity as on the Site: Wrocławskie Centrum Kształcenia Olimpijskiego Sp. z o.o. A separate Privacy Policy (GDPR) applies in that system and is available in its menu.

Personal data may be entrusted or disclosed to these recipient categories:

- public authorities, where required by law.
Processors acting on our behalf do so only under a data processing agreement and only as necessary to provide services.
If a reservation was made through a booking portal (Booking.com, Expedia or Airbnb), we receive from that portal the data needed to provide the stay, such as name, contact details, dates and reservation details.
§5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
As a rule, we do not transfer data outside the EEA. If we use tools from providers outside the EEA (e.g. Google, Meta), transfers are based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission (e.g. the Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
